It covers point-of-care testing, laboratory key performance indicators (KPIs), supply chain management, storage, and blood bank policies and procedures. The course objective is to develop participants' skills in validating data, managing laboratory supplies effectively, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
Focusing on laboratory safety and staff competency, this section includes material safety data sheets (MSDS), training and safety awareness, and staff competency and training programs. The course objective is to ensure laboratory professionals are well-trained, aware of safety protocols, and competent in their roles, thereby fostering a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
This course aims to enhance laboratory quality and safety by equipping professionals with essential knowledge and skills across three key areas: Introduction to Laboratory Quality Program; Laboratory Data Validation, Proctoring, and Purchasing; and Laboratory Safety Program and Staff Competency.
